Polyphenolics and Vitamin E

The main effect of Vitamin E is antioxidative and so are polyphenolics, the active elements in many botanicals. This substitution gives the possibility to supply the same antioxidant potential at a much lower price. This issue is discussed in an article published in the bilingual journal Kraftfutter / Feed Magazine.
